The flower crab is super big, occupying the whole dish, and the meat is very sweet. Chencun powder plus the fragrant and slightly wine-flavored chicken oil flower carving juice, the fragrant and delicious is a must. ⁡

前菜為九層塔糖漬小蕃茄配白麵醬甜梨，當中的小蕃茄有驚喜喔～驟眼看下去平平無奇，吃不到它的外皮之餘……能讓食客感受到小蕃茄本身的幼滑肉質，而甜梨亦趣趣的～不錯呢！金錢海鮮香菇盒-炸得趣趣的，但盒內無甚麼特別，感覺較為普通。接下來的煙燻澳洲青邊鮑魚配特大冬菇，個人吃鮑魚的次數不多，肉質等並無問題～但這醬汁的特色在於＂煙燻＂兩字……怒本人暫時尚未接受到得。(感覺上還是比較接受配上傳統的醬汁，哈哈～)當中蟹肉糯米飯；更是值得一讚，平常在外吃到的炒糯米飯～過程中少不免會加進大量的油去烹調，吃起來會覺得比較濕一點點。但這個糯米飯驟眼看上去，沒甚麼油的光澤～而且它本身比較乾，多吃也不怕會膩。另外的廿年鹹檸檬金銀蒜蒸蟶子，魚米湯琵琶蝦也蠻不錯的！蒸蟶子，我能吃到它的鮮味～大概是他們所用廿年鹹檸檬的功勞呢。而魚米湯琵琶蝦，肉質爽脆彈口之餘也挺鮮甜的。最後不得不提在這裡的招牌菜；雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉，蟹的鮮味好像有點被濃郁的花雕酒奪去了～有點可惜.......吃到陳村粉時，便立刻覺得：廚師下花雕酒的時候，是不是加了多一點呢？味道有點酸～不過也有可能是我這從個不喝酒的傢伙～不懂欣賞這道菜當中的特色吧。一頓能令大家感到滿足的晚飯，又豈能缺少甜品？我們點了生磨杏仁茶及南棗糕，杏仁茶的味道正常，不像外邊會用現成杏仁粉的那般沒誠意。而南棗糕也十分QQ的，是我喜歡的味道。Ilikeit!

The year's list featured restaurants from 19 Asian cities, eight of which were shortlisted for the first time. Hong Kong has six restaurants on the list, and Hong Kong's The Chairman (Daban Building) (No.4) remains the highest-ranked restaurant in the city, with chef and owner Danny Yip (Ye Yinan) winning the Icon Award for his outstanding contribution to promoting Cantonese cuisine culture on the international stage. Next up is Wing (Yong) (No.5), a Chinese restaurant headed by Vicky Cheng, which soared 32 places from the previous year, and won the 2024 Best Progress Award sponsored by Korean Air. Other Hong Kong shortlisted restaurants also saw a significant increase: Neighborhood (No.16) 13 places higher than the previous year, Mono (No.27) 14 places higher, and Caprice (No.32) 17 places higher.
