Krumlov, in the south of the Czech Republic, means "high and low meadow" in German. The old town center is mostly Gothic and Baroque architecture built between the 14th and 17th centuries. It still maintains a medieval style. There is a five-story round lantern above the church of St. Josta. The exquisite tower has the castle tower. This painted tower is also a landmark building in Krumlov. The Voltava River is surrounded by the city that exists like a fairy tale fairyland. It is naturally listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
