Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks Review

King's Canyon National Park is located in the southern Sierra Nevada, California, next to Sequoia National Park. It contains the highest Whitney Mountain in the United States, at an altitude of 4,421 meters. Sequoia Park is known for its huge redwood trees, including the largest tree on Earth, the Sherman General Tree.

Wow, it takes three hours to get to King's Canyon. Very worthwhile, the scenery is very beautiful, all red. Hahaha, from the "North Wall" around the South wall, from the wind and rain into the sunshine, Mini Canyon has all the internal organs.

King's Canyon is one of the deepest canyons in North America. Although it is not as famous as Yosemite, it has a unique cave sky. Like Xanadu, it has few key people. At sunrise and sunset, Dousy Basin in the northeastern corner is more suitable for hiking.

King Canyon National Park is really far from downtown San Francisco, about an hour's drive, so you must drive by yourself. But after I went, I felt that it was really worth it. The magnificent Grand Canyon felt that time was stagnant and the people were really small. Next to the Canyon Park is Sequoia National Park. The itinerary can be arranged to play together, but because the two parks are large in size, it takes two days to complete the tour.

Starting at 9:30 a.m. from San Ramon's residence, because it was the first time to travel by car and encounter traffic jams, and it was still a long way to the park, I arrived at the Visitor Center in King's Canyon at 4:30 p.m. After a short rest, the tour begins immediately.
