澳门的葡国菜并非正宗的葡萄牙菜，葡萄牙人当年飘扬渡海，沿途收集香料与料理手法，结合了葡萄牙、非洲、南洋，最后融合澳门当地的食材与烹调，逐渐形成一支特别的菜系，就叫葡国菜。马介休球马介休(葡语 ： Bacalhau)是鳕鱼盐腌制而成，是不少澳门葡式美食的主要材料。配料是由马介休、马玲薯、洋葱、蛋、蒜头、白胡椒粉、豆蒄粉等食材组成。一口咬下看得到丝丝的鱼丝，外酥内软，香脆口感让人不禁一个接一个。焗葡国鸡内里满满的食材，有鸡腿肉、马铃薯、椰汁、洋葱、橄榄油、黄姜粉、咖哩，酱汁类似南洋菜，尝起来有淡淡咖哩香气，鲜嫩多汁的鸡肉，加上浓郁的椰奶香，搭配炒饭吃超爽口。葡国腊肠烩饭与台湾烩饭不同，葡国烩饭比较像台湾炖饭，酱汁与米粒混合，使用是长米。烩饭的食材有葡国肉肠、黑橄榄、青椒、胡萝卜、洋葱等料，口味是酸中带甜的茄汁风味，酸味较重，口感清爽且米粒不湿软。

位于氹仔官也街附近的这家葡国菜餐厅，很地道的澳门风料理。挺喜欢😍的【口味】比较容易接受这里的葡国菜【环境】交通方便。店内也挺大【服务】熟手服务员上菜很快。老板很好人

非常经典的一家，尤其是炒饭做的，还是可以，还有这边的西餐汤水也是很不错的，前菜都是这边的小面包为主，性价比方面，人均大概100。
