While traveling in Prague, I accidentally discovered this restaurant with a strong Czech flavor. The bright yellow lights, wooden tables, chairs and benches and floors made me feel back in the last century for a moment. The Czechs like to eat meat, this can be seen from the menu, so I went to the countryside as usual, I ordered the most common, the most eaten dish - roast pork. The fragrant roast pork tastes delicious outside with a little burnt, but the meat inside is tender, and the pork juice is well preserved in the meat, so it will not feel dry at all. Then with the local pickles, the sour pickles are very greasy, so the whole dish is refreshing and not greasy. I also served some cream, of course, this is the more common local way to eat, I think it is also a special flavor. When you come to Prague, don’t forget to try this dish.
