Not one of the places one think of when in Beijing but this is an absolute gem. Presents a very Beautiful example of a mansion of a prince. This place is also surprisingly massive so plan your time well and keep yourself hydrated. 

Rich history and nestled by culturally rich hutongs which are great to explore and close to Houhai Lakes area as well. Definitely add it to your list!
