We are always impressed with the staff, they come around to check on your satisfaction, they remember us and greet us when we come in.They watch to be sure the assembly of your pizza is just the way you want it. I love that they encourage trying a new ingredient and like to hear if it was a hit. They tear fresh basil for your pizza, and have really fresh items. The crust is real "Chicago Pizza". I grew up there and we did not ever have the bready dough in Taylor Street area. Just learned about it when we moved to Oregon!! keep an eye out for the seasonal pizza and possible special toppings. However, I do not like the American style prosciutto.
