My friend and I stumbled upon the restaurant's Bincheng Market and exploration when we started feeling a little hungry. This is our first Vietnamese experience in Ho Chi Minh City and this is a memorable one - fresh, crisp spring rolls, a lovely fireplace and a papaya salad just in the mouth of fried noodles mixed with various vegetables. The whole meal cost less than a Starbucks coffee home but certainly didn't leave me a bitter taste in my mouth or a bitter memory in my heart.
