good things first: the ambiance is laid back, friendly and unpretentious. the bad things: most of the food is not freshly cooked but has been prepared, like in a mensa. The rice I've ordered was served not hot but cold, with some grains already gotten hard from being exposed all day at the counter next to the other dishes. The rice paper of the summer roll was too sticky and the mint leaves in it were not fresh. In city with exorbitant prices in restaurants like Zurich, I expect the food to be at least of "good" quality. I only recommend this restaurant if you're starving and have nowhere else to go.
