记得广州就这家店，被四洲紫菜的公司收购了，东西也没原来好吃了。环境是一如既往地好。

羊城的老字号”泮溪酒家”位于荔枝湾畔，湖光水色，粉墙黛瓦，绿树婆娑，雅静如诗，绝属粤菜地标性饮食名片……。无论何时到此吃货，皆可且梦归江南且福享美肴，环境相当舒服，更适宜亲朋相聚，美食美景令人回味无穷……。

到广州来游玩了几天，一直都在长隆附近晃悠，也没吃几顿好吃的，今天不到长隆乐园玩，到广州市区兜兜，查了一下，发现他家的点评很不错，于是就来，从长隆到这里还是蛮远的，地铁到一号线的长寿路站下来，还要走800米左右才能到。不过，走进了大门，却豁然开朗，庭院的格局，错落有致的房屋，鸟语花香的园林，无不让人心旷神怡，感觉这是一个公园，而不是一个饭店。他家的菜肴都是粤式谱系的，坐下来，先点茶。按照人头收费，9元一位，其实是9元一个茶包，茶包里的茶，真心很好喝，是英德红茶，难怪广式早茶那么惹人喜爱，茶好，是第一位的，比茶更好的是他家的菜，看看我们的点菜单，都是广式早茶茶点中的各种特色，感觉每一样都很好吃，难怪他家的点评那么不错，确实物有所值。如果说环境绝对一流，菜品绝对正宗可口好吃，那么他家的服务态度就比较一般了，或许是广州当地比较出色的酒家吧，他家的服务员貌似也是当地人为主，对于我们这样的意向游客，或许无多好感，表情冷漠不说，招呼都比较难应答，有些小小的要求，都要说个几次，然后亲自去跑一下，才能得到，有些劳神费力。不过，设身处地的想，我在广州是老大老二，你爱来不来，我爱理不理，我就这样，你也奈何不了我吧。或许这么想，也就想通了。不管怎样，尽管白璧微瑕，但仍不能掩饰其金玉其中的气质，气质使然，服务略略弱一点，也无碍给他一个好评吧

[薄荷]环境：极具岭南特色的门面，百年老店即视感。⛰️加上店内的山水庭院，宽敞明亮，在这个地段有这样面积的酒家真不得了。隔条马路就是永庆坊，用餐后再走走，一天行程就完美。🚗酒家没有停车位，只能停在对面，要提前找好停车位，到了店门口就得绕个大圈了。毕竟是在广州本土，点心水平不会差别太大。「古法烧鹅」皮还是脆的，但超级肥腻，酸梅酱不太讨喜，吃两件就腻到不行了…「荔湾艇仔粥」保留着小时候的味道，鱼肉薄薄的，鱼肉的质感分明，不会像一般鱼肉只追求滑嫩…经典，表示一碗不够[调皮]
