After having lunch at the restaurant, great food. I was happy to see that there was a dog, who was actually sitting on the chair, in the restaurant, I assumed that it was a dog friendly restaurant. I decided to go back 2 days later and organized a birthday dinner for a friend. When we arrived they said dogs were not allowed. After I explained that I had seen a dog there 2 days earlier while having lunch I was told that this was an exception as it was the owners son's dog. Not a very good excuse. One of the waitresses was very understanding and apologized, the manager of the restaurant stuck to his lame story so we left. I think that it was a real shame, as there was no sign on the door stating no dog allowed. The food is good so a really pity, but you should go without your dog! Will not be going back or recommending the place. Shame as I heard they have a catering service and as I'm an event planner, was hoping to try more of the food.
