Perfect experience, best ceviche ever, black cod delicious and the Aubergine caramrlised WAW. It's a must visit place

Arrived at 8pm with no reservations (whoops) on a Saturday night, to a packed restaurant, were seated at the last 2 seats at the sushi bar (Sooo lucky) - and ate some of the best sushi ever- flavors were balanced, the right temperature and fabulous. The eggplant starter was a highlight. the hamachi sashimi with its thick perfect slabs and buttery texture were heaven. Every staff person was professional, patient and attentive, every portion of the meal came perfectly timed and we left as many patrons arrived - truly an "in demand" place! We only had 3 days to spend in Paris, and I am thrilled that this sushi restaurant was one of the experiences! Will return next time I come to Paris - that is certain!
