Just beside the town of Omalu, although it is open in the morning, you may not see blue penguins, many of them go to sea. The essence is all at night, everyone sits at the observation deck in advance, and waits for a certain time period, a group of thick and cute little guys will swing their fat body in the court, walk to the beach, and return to their nests. But compared to the penguin sculpture at the door, the real penguin shape is not many times smaller, and don't be confused with the emperor penguin in the Antarctic, so it is not very clear on the observation deck. Although February is the summer in New Zealand, it is actually quite cold, and they return to the nest late at sunset. It is recommended to prepare enough clothes. If possible, please bring your own telescope.
