Ningbo Nantang Old Street was developed and built by Ningbo City Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd., located outside the south gate of Ningbo Ancient City, Zhejiang Province, and was once the "South Gate Three City" of the old Ningbo business and trade culture gathering place. It is one of the eight historical districts in Ningbo, and is also the "Purple Line Planning" protection area of Ningbo City. It is a north-south direction, with Zuguanshan Road as the boundary, divided into South and North two streets. The block retains more than 300 meters of traditional streets and lanes, with 1 cultural protection unit and 6 cultural protection points. The descendants of the famous scholar Yuan Yuan in the Song Dynasty lived here. The existing Yuan family residence complex in the area is the largest, including residential courtyards, temples, schools, etc., and other cultural and environmental buildings such as Lishui Bridge, Yongshan Pavilion and Guan Temple. North Street is based on traditional culture, commercial as content, and urban tourism as the development direction. South Street focuses on the concept of "urban leisure", highlighting leisure life.[1] On January 15, 2012, Nantang Old Street Phase 1 was opened on the grand opening street, crossing the century-old street, and the old street was born. After the first block opened, a total of more than 20 shops took the lead in opening. The first phase of the plan is mainly catering and food, and at the same time, some old-fashioned Ningbo merchants have been revived and inherited, introducing traditional catering brands such as Ningbo Yi, Zhao Dayou, Jiyuzhai, Caohu Food and a batch of extremely rich local characteristics of food. Snacks, such as Ninghai Wufengtang, Yuyao yellow fish noodles, Cicheng four seasons fragrant rice cakes and more than 30 shops.
