In less than an hour or so, the main peak of the old Buddha was 1539 meters, which means that it only climbed about 280 meters of vertical height, but it felt a bit laborious and really fat. The peak has the elevation monument of the old Buddha's top, and there is a so-called "Buddhist Temple", which is a stone house of several square meters with a Buddha statue inside. Resting and taking pictures at the peak, going down the mountain from the plank road on the other side of the main peak is equivalent to going around the main peak. The scenery here is better. Looking at the plank road from a distance, it is beautiful. Returning to the vicinity of the station room on the ropeway, a little walk down is the back of the carp. You can try it without fear of heights, which is slightly exciting. If you want to take the cable car down the mountain, then walk back to the station room and take the cable car. I chose to continue to walk down the mountain. The scenery is very good. There is a plank road, there is an observation deck, there is an ancient temple without monks "Tianfo Temple", and there are more waterfalls. The facilities of Wanfoshan Scenic Area are also relatively complete, the trails are very clean, there are more toilets on the mountain, but there are few people and there is no food. Remember to bring your own. From Hefei to play, starting at around 6 am, you can achieve the day to and from. If you are not a sports expert, it is recommended to take the ropeway. Sometimes the ropeway in the scenic spot needs to be overhauled and not necessarily open. Please call in advance to confirm. Although Wanfo Mountain is also in Shucheng, I personally feel that the scenery is stronger than the scenic spot of Wanfo Lake. Wanfo Mountain has few people and beautiful scenery, and the waterfall group and the main peak are very interesting, which is really not worse than Tiantangzhai.
