Macau has gone to search for and tasted all the famous egg tarts. This is my favorite. His egg tarts are more "thick" and more "light", and the compatibility between the two is perfect. "Heavy" is because the layers are stacked, the whole egg tart looks unkempt, but each layer is almost as thin as the flapping wings, crisp and almost the entrance is instant.
