Man in the Moon Karasuma kyoto Review

Foreign beers are not always easy to find in Japan, but this place has a wide selection (mostly European, and of course including Guinness). Even some Japanese craft beers. Lots of hard liquor also. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Sound level permits conversation (unlike the Man in the Moon at Kyoto Station). Halfway between two subway stations, and a bus stop just outside the door.

We were walking to the Ipuddo ramen spot and saw this along the way. We figured we could use an afternoon beer break so we headed in for a few pints! They had some good craft beers, and a friendly bartender :) Fun spot to come have a few while in Kyoto
