Le Pecheur Review

Today we are driving along the seaside city. At Hamamat, a blue-and-white restaurant on the seaside, we tasted three-course Turk cuisine. The second of which is the Brick fried egg rolls, a famous Tunisian dish. Spring rolls are wrapped in eggs, fried and then eaten crispy and tender.

我们在Hammamet的行程，一路都在沿着海边的城市行驶。中午时分，停在了这个海边的有着高大棕榈树的蓝白色的餐厅里。我们品尝了典型的三道式的突式美食，在汤和主食之间，第二道的布里克炸蛋春卷，是突尼斯的一道名菜。其实这是一道很简单的菜式，在类似于中国的春卷皮里包裹着蒸熟的鸡蛋羹油炸，吃起来外脆内嫩。
