[Zhongchan Temple Lake] The second-ranked tourist attraction in Nikko City, located in Nikko National Park, at an altitude of 1,237 meters, is a typical high mountain lake in Japan. Zhongchan Temple Lake is a lake formed by the volcanic lava that erupted about 20,000 years ago. The entire lake bank is 23 kilometers long and surrounded by mountains. Standing in the Zhongchan Temple by the lake, the red leaves in autumn make the ancient temples and the towers and pavilions release the most moving and bright luster! After bypassing the Limu Guanyin Hall, you can enter the top floor of the tallest building here, and the Zhongchan Temple Lake is unobstructed. Transportation: Take the Tobu Nikko Bus 2B Line to get off at Zhongchan Temple Hot Spring Station. This is a large transit station, turn left to Zhongchan Temple Lake, turn right to Huayan Waterfall. After 100 meters down the elevator, you can see the waterfall. In the Erhuangshan Shrine Nakamiya on the edge of the Zhongchan Temple Lake, the shrine goes further, which is the hiking trail of the battlefield.
