If I have been writing a title on services and not food it is not negative. But I have to say that I heard so much about this restaurant that I was expecting an incredible thing. And as usual it has another effect in this sort of situation.... a small tiny disappointment. To summarize: Service- THAT is what I call a gastronomic service. nowadays so many restaurant call themselves gastro and they are not at all because of services and dishes. But there, there is nothing to say but 5* service as the expression says ! Perfect, they are there at your service and you don't see them. Explanation of your dish, perfect mâitre sommelier. the view is great on the lake Leman with the alps on mountain in the back. Dishes- True they are beautiful. True they smell good, but finally when you taste it... was missing something. It was good for sure. But when you hear so much about the place, instinctively you are waiting for something exceptional. but like i say it is totally subjective. The entrée was mullet fish. Was good, but I had other dishes elsewhere where the mullet was tastier... then the main plate was a sand dab (turbot fish) with preserved lemon,, Again it was good and most of view know that this fish is one of the best. But again.... I don't know I was waiting for something that would be a mix of freshness, a bit acid and sweet and tender... but not.... however it was good. Dessert- excellent..fresh, crunchy, sweet but not too much... perfect. Wine- exceptional. Please guys... go for the swiss wine and from the region. You will be amazed.
