All three diners ordered the classic menu for 130 euros. The food was perfect but lacked originality. I know these are rare recipes for the restaurant owner and founder, but despite this, adding some magic can make it even better. Ironically all the side dishes are. The restaurant staff was pleasant and not overly welcoming. The restaurant decoration was dull (also kept pristine) and it would be warmer if there were more light against it. The sommelier was great, but somehow not warm. To be honest, I had a better classic dish in a non-star restaurant. I'm not coming back.
