Koan Review

I can't waste a trip to Fujisawa, so I set up Xingxuan. It has been Michelin Samsung for 16 and 14 years. There is only one set meal for lunch. There are two thick teas separated by a matcha for dessert. The price is very close to the people.

The Michelin restaurant is named after the real name, and make an appointment in advance. The private room service fee and the different points of lunch and dinner are all informed in advance. After arriving at the restaurant on the same day, the hospitality is very high. I ordered the Kaiseki package, which is sorted one by one, and the artwork can't bear to swallow.

Lunch, good value for money, but lack of a little "amazing", such as rice, may be the low price of the package I chose. In addition, the exquisite menu of the day is missing.
