Kenting Dajianshan Review

Look at the beautiful Dajianshan, it seems a little hot, but it's still a good day. Looking at it, you can see far away from the noise of the city. It's really nice to walk on the mountain.

The official name of Dajian Mountain is "Dashijian", which is one of Kenting landmarks. It is the highest point in Kenting Peninsula area. It is a whole rock protruding on the grassland. To climb the mountain, you need to enter the gate of the archway of Kenting National Forest Recreation Area and cross Kenting Ranch. There are climbing ropes along the edge for climbing. The top of the mountain overlooks the whole Hengchun Peninsula with beautiful scenery. It takes about 3-4 hours to go up and down the mountain.

进入国家公园后，最惹人注目的地标，就是这屹立在垦丁牧场当中的大尖石山了。西至南湾东到鹅銮鼻，只要一抬头，就可望见它那尖耸的身影。其实大尖山的海拔不过318公尺而已，只因四周地形过于低缓，因此才有鹤立鸡群的感觉。由砂岩和页岩砾石块构成的大尖山，是地质长期侵蚀而后突露的结果。目前大尖山的登山口有两处，从牧场出发，由东边登顶来回约需1个半小时；由西边登顶的话，则需2个半小时，均属相当轻松的路程。登顶后整个恒春半岛的景观尽入眼底，一览无遗。 不过目前已禁止攀爬，违者国家公园警察会处以罚款。
