Shengliancheng is one of the most prosperous cities in Ryukyu, and there are still Yuan Dynasty porcelain found in the relics, showing the positive development of overseas trade. The design of Shenglian City is also very special, using natural hilly terrain, built a ladder-shaped rocky city residence, adding to the defensiveness of the whole city.

This UNESCO site is a ruined castle which is free. The view of the ocean and the location is very beautiful. Very worth visiting. However, I recommend everyone to see some introductions before coming. Because there is no description or brochure here for the castle.

The road to Shengliancheng is a bit difficult to walk, but it is worth seeing, because the scenery at the highest point is very good, the sea view is beautiful

Vehicles can be parked at the resting place of the tourist center under the mountain, then cross the road and walk a short distance on the mountain. At the bottom you can see the panoramic view of the entire city, the stone walls up, it is obvious that the city pool is built on a hill, and tourists can only go up one by one. Many parts of the city have been destroyed, only buildings such as stone walls are left, many places now look like an open space, it is difficult to imagine the bustling scene at the time. The uppermost layer of the city can see the 360-degree landscape, and Okinawa has the opportunity to see the sea everywhere.
