Kampong Khleang Review

I like to experience a village like this very much. You can feel that the material of the locals is not very rich, but for people with faith, the smile is really from the heart, and it is very interesting to visit the place where they live.

Kampong Kliang is the most primitive and simple floating village hidden in the depths of Lake Donglisa. Lake Donglisa is known as the world's poorest tourist resort. People here still live in high-rise hanging towers, living by water, six or seven meters high to avoid sudden water changes. The boys who sailed us were just 17 years old this year, always smiling sweetly. At Kamp Kliang, most of them worked on the boats except for a few sightseeing boats. Here you can see the ancient ways of living in the original ecology of the water boat house, the water restaurant, the water market, the water school and the water church.

Visitors who are willing to experience the original ecology are more willing to choose the floating village of Kampong Kliang. Kampong Keliang is far from the city of Siem Reap, and the road conditions are not good. After getting off Highway 6, there is still a long dirt road to go. The roads are farmland on both sides. It is not often passing by a village with high-foot houses. The high wooden poles support the whole house. The roof is usually thatched and iron. And the wall materials are varied, with iron sheets, plantain leaves, and boards. There are many holes in the walls. In short, the living situation is still very poor, and the people basically still rely on the sky to eat. I went all the way to enjoy the pastoral scenery here and experience the customs. Although the people's housing is relatively simple, the temples everywhere are magnificent. The people still live in peace and happiness. Children are playing, old people are playing cards, and young women are holding boating competitions on the water.

Tourism in Donglisa Lake, in addition to the lake view, is mainly to see the floating village formed by boat on the lake. Kampong Keliang is the most primitive and simple Vietnamese floating village hidden in the depths of Donglisa Lake. Because Kampong Kliang is relatively remote, most cruise ships or tourists do not go, but I see a more real floating village life here. Seeing that the residents here live in hardship, but they are still optimistic and open-minded, I am very touched.

11. Pound Kliang Kliang is one of the largest communities in Donglisa Lake. The residents here live in the hanging corner. Those who like humanistic photography must not forget it here. At least it takes half a day to shoot. The best full focus segment for shooting the camera, 70--200 mm can capture the characters.
