Itoh Dining by Nobu Review

ITOH DINING BY NOBU A collision between food and architecture, a feast of taste buds and vision. The famous super chef NOBU among the world's celebrities and the famous cooperative store of Nakamura Tuozhi, the architect who won the highest honor at the 2015 International Architecture Awards "The LEAF Awards". If it is a hot spring trip in Hakone, in addition to the kaiseki cuisine that comes with the Japanese-style hotel, there are no excellent restaurants around. No doubt ITOH DINING BY NOBU is a unique one here. Convenient location, about a minute walk from Qiangluo Park. The courtyard is beautiful. But the whole set of dishes did not taste particularly colorful, and there was no dish that was impressive. The main dish of the day was black hair and beef teppanyaki, and the amount of 80g was slightly insufficient. The taste is remarkable, stronger than the average teppanyaki restaurant.
