Huilan Pavilion is located on the breakwater at the end of Qingdao's famous national scenic trestle bridge, built by the Qingdao Municipal Government of the Kuomintang in 1931. This is a double-layered moth octagonal pavilion with traditional national style, yellow glazed tile roof, "Huilan Pavilion" three words written by calligrapher Shu the same title.
