Although Hongjialou Catholic Church is a relatively pure Western building, it can still be seen in some details that it integrates Chinese traditional cultural elements. The roof of the main hall of the church is covered with Chinese traditional black tiles. The upper stone wall carvings on both sides of the church middle door have two stone faucets, the dragon mouth is large, the eyes are wide open, the carving is vivid and exaggerated, the crane mural above the church interior, etc.
