Tugu Pahlawan ini adalah satu simbol utama Surabaya yang di didedikasikan kepada pahlawan Indonesia yang terkorban semasa pertempuran Surabaya pada 10.Nov 1945.Monumen ini adalah satu tiang berketinggian 41.15 meter . Terdapat muzium 10 November di bahagikan bawah yang mempamerkan artifak semasa peperangan berlaku seperti senapang,pistol dan lain lain. Juga terdapat pengkisahan sejarah peperangan di sini.Pelbagai cenderamata boleh di dapati di sini sebelum keluar .
