After dinner on Nanhua East Road in the evening, walk by the way, pass the Haizhu Bridge, and walk to Haizhu Square. The bridge has a long history and was built in 1933. It was first repaired in 1950 after liberation due to several broken wars. After many repairs, especially after the Haizhu Bridge was overhauled in 2013, it was reopened. I remember when I was a child, Haizhu Bridge was a major cross-river bridge in Guangzhou. Every time I commuted, buses, bicycles and pedestrians on the bridge were crowded. It is said that the bicycle flow on the bridge was a scenic spot in Guangzhou. Now there are more and more bridges across the river, and the role of Haizhu Bridge is not so important. But as an antique bridge, it is still serving the public. Walking around Haizhu Bridge, there are six historical sculptures on the bridge, which tells the story of Haizhu Bridge, which is worth visiting.
