I came to the lobby lounge after I got some take away from Nando's with my family. My mum and grandmother decided to play pokie whilst my aunt and I stayed at the lobby to wait for them. Suddenly, a bar employee came up to me and shouted that I cannot bring or eat food from other restaurants and suggested I eat outside. I understand this as to I am a hospitality management student, but she didn't have to shout at me for all the people in the lobby to hear. I noticed a couple staring at me which is kinda embarrassing. Thankfully, the others didn't look at us. She could've just told me that at a very moderate tone because she was in front of me, not on the other side of the place. When she left, a woman by our side told me that she was so unprofessional and so rude and I agree with her. She should never shout at their customers or the customers' companions especially of other races.
