Li Shutong is the famous Shao Yi Master, a pioneer of China's new cultural movement, and a famous Buddhist master. Outside the famous Changting, beside the ancient road, Fangcao Biliantian is from his handwriting ~ Li Shutong's former residence is originally located at No. 60 Liangdian Street, Hebei District. It is a large house consisting of four courtyards built during the Qing Dynasty. It has a flat surface and more than 60 houses covering an area of 1400 square meters. The courtyard has a gallery and a small garden with exquisite interior furnishings and elegant environment. In the house, there is a Western-style study room, named "Yiyuan", which was built by Li Shutong when he returned to his hometown from Japan in 1910 to show his willingness to show a grand plan. Surrounded by garden corridors, carved beams and columns, the interior furnishings are exquisite and the environment is elegant and pleasant. It is a wonderful building in the former residence of Jinmen Celebrity. Later, due to the complicated residents and disrepair, No. 60 Back Street of the Grain Store gradually lost its original appearance. On December 31, 2007, the Tianjin Municipal Government began work on the original site of the old grain store back street to rebuild Li Shutong's former residence. Later, the interior of the former residence was decorated and arranged, and the "Yu Yi Master - Li Shutong's Former Residence Memorial Hall" was established. On December 30, 2011, it was officially opened to the public.
