Dumplings and Beyond Review

The main store is the northern dumplings, all handmade, do not bad, but the price of the inconspicuous small store is not cheap, any dish is 100 yuan, see Chinese food in Washington is high-end.

I ate here recently on a business trip in Georgetown. The dumplings and beyond are Wisconsin Avenue at the top of Georgetown and opposite from Whole Foods/Guy Mason Park.

They have a very different menu, but I decided to combine Lo Mein (pork, beef, shrimp, etc.) and Xiaolongbao appetizer. I was told that steamed pork buns would cook for about 20 minutes. In view of this, I chose my Lo Mein first (I was hungry!). Lo Mein was delicious; The taste was fresh and the noodles were good which was very pleasant. My steamed buns were so delicious. They were put in a steamed dumpling and the sauce was just fantastic. I had lots of food and taxes and it cost me under $22. Service was reasonable and food came quickly as it was produced on order and the price was right. I would definitely eat here again.

I read the reviews, we went to Chinese food on Monday night and we were happy with the dinner and the food selection. Our server was good and everything we ordered was exuding delicious taste. The dumplings are tender and delicious, the tea is aromatic and each dish has a unique talent. We can’t stop talking about the meal. I can’t imagine anything bad from our experience.

I have been to several restaurants serving dumplings, and these restaurants are the best. My family, who are dumpling fans, put a second order dumpling and pork buns and they immediately they were excellent, and my sister lives in Chinatown in New York rated the best she’s ever eaten. It’s great Chinese restaurant and nearby gems! It’s a place not to be missed!

Not a hole in the wall, it wasn’t a big place or it didn’t exist at all. We ate a lot of food and had a good chat. Nothing was memorable, but we all ate it so it was delicious. It was also valuable.
