Donghu Vinegar Garden Review

Donghu Vinegar Garden is the first museum in Shanxi Province to dynamically display the production process of vinegar and the historical and cultural connotation of old vinegar. The original ecology shows the scene of ancient methods brewing old vinegar. Vinegar Garden collected, displayed, and managed various vinegar-making utensils, agricultural utensils and more than 700 vinegar treatment prescriptions since the West Han Dynasty, showing ancient and modern utensils, excerpts from literature and classics, pictures and photo photo, product display and other forms fully show the historical and cultural heritage of Shanxi old vinegar.
