The museum's first floor collection is dominated by prehistoric aboriginal collections, which tell the local geography and the life of prehistoric humans. The second floor is a collection of local biologists, with many specimens of native animals and insects. The museum shop is small and exquisite, and the azure stone products are much more reasonable compared with the airport price.

The museum is mainly exhibits related to Easter Island, some of the early Chilean mummies, it is quite interesting to visit here
