As soon as I entered the store, the waiter enthusiastically arranged to take a seat and then went to choose the fish. The food is also very fast, and the common practice is to eat one fish and five (Figure 3). Nearly four pounds of fish can only cut out three plates of sashimi, but the other four ways to eat feel that the amount of dishes is quite a lot! The taste of fish is basically OK, but the steamed fish head with pickled pepper and salted egg yolk potato shreds are not delicious. The price is also quite satisfactory, with three people more than 300.
