The long queue in Shinjuku for almost an hour felt not as delicious as expected. Two Japanese aunts were saying "what store is this for so long"... The heart egg is the most delicious because its soup concentration, spicyness, and the softness of the noodles are all chosen by themselves. Maybe you have to choose the noodles hard and not spicy. This will be more in line with the taste of Japanese ramen, compared to the ramen of the Japanese high house, which is more my heart (just salty)
