牛肉面，是一道常见的面食，也是甘肃省兰州市的一道传统美食；该菜品具有“一清、二白、三绿、四红、五黄”的特征，且色香味美，誉满全国。全国各地都会有“兰州正宗牛肉拉面”的招牌，但其实都并不正宗，兰州牛肉面只有在兰州才能达到原汁原味。兰州、或者甘肃只有牛肉面，没有兰州拉面。

这家店第一次来，我们中午去的，人非常多，还要排队，同事说排队说明这家肯定好吃，等了大约20分钟，传统的都快，有特殊要求的时间长，需要等，我们5个人花了230元，他家拉面18元，还不错，味道很好，羊肉串也还可以，凉菜一般！

好吃，牛肉汤味道香浓，面条筋道，粗面细面随心选。是家清真饭店，主打牛肉面，也有小菜、牛肉、凉面、小点心等，物美价廉，平民选择，客人络绎不绝。地理位置也好，在西直门北钻河公馆，早餐有5元小碗牛肉面，不论是周边居民还是去西直门乘地铁的上班族，早上都常来光顾。
