I have been intrigued about this restaurant for awhile now. Looks like any other Chinese restaurant in Miami still the sign says "Peruvian Chinese" and that and a local chef having listed in his top ten places he goes for something different led me to give it a try. They have some special pairings for 2, 3, 4 or more that bring a generous amount of food but we ordered off the menu and were really please with a generous and delicious meal. Our server was friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu. It is a place to go with your family or friends and unlike most Chinese joints in Miami it was not inexpensive. Still I enjoyed the food very much and intend to go back and introduce my friends and family to chifa.

This Chinese restaurant has been quite popular because it is close to the attractions. The tourists who come here to eat are mostly tourists, and their dishes are salty overall, and the others are basically no problem.

    3/5Average

As another reviewer noted, this might not be the Chinese/Peruvian mix you expect if you're not familiar with Chifa - we were not. Chifa enthusiasts seem to love it. We thought it was like an average Chinese restaurant. The spring rolls are average. We won't go back, just because it's not our preferred style. Staff was limited and busy. Wait times were a tad lengthy. They apparently include the tip for everyone. We had a party of two and it was included. Staff says they do that.
