The Taierzhuang Canal Wetland Park in Zaozhuang City is the first wetland park in China, which mainly consists of canal wetland. It mainly consists of the lower reaches of the Taogou River, the lower reaches of the Dasha River diversion channel in Fucheng and the Jinghang Canal between the two estuaries. It surrounds Taierzhuang City and is a typical river wetland. The total planned area is 2592 hectares. Its nature orientation is based on the protection and restoration of wetland resources, taking the wetland ecosystem and historical culture of Taierzhuang Canal as the main landscape resources, and comprehensive wetland parks with wetland sightseeing, popular science education and vacation leisure as the main contents.
