Located at No. 24 Nanmin East Road, Guiyang City, built in 1948, designed by Shanghai famous architect Tao Guilin, covering an area of nearly one mu, building area of 375.6 square meters, building two floors, brick and wood structure, red flat tile roof, blue brick wall hook, teak parquet floor. The only remaining building in the villa complex along the Nanming River is well preserved. In 2003, it was announced as a municipal cultural relics protection unit in Guiyang City.
