The Wulong Biman Palace is a royal temple, with a memorial statue of Chen Fanglama I to V and only opens on April 6 every year. There are two golden Buddha towers in front of the temple, which was built by Ramah I to commemorate his parents. The tower has 20 monkeys of the tower. Its exterior walls are covered with blue-bottomed saffron patterns, so the overall look mainly blue, the temple has four floors of eaves, a Khmer tower is built at the top, and a small crown at the spire is quite delicate.
