This restaurant is a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable and relatively quiet place to dine in the downtown area -- especially convenient if you're visiting the nearby museums or shopping on Market Street. In fact, it would be a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle. The dishes are interesting, portions are generous and the food quality good. We ordered a roasted chicken sandwich that was excellent, as was the roasted maitake mushroom plate. The chicory salad was not nearly as satisfying as the other dishes. A good choice and a safe bet.
