绝大多数奥斯曼素丹都以自己的名义建立过清真寺，这些寺散落在土耳其各地，尤其是各大古都，而其中最多的自然是伊斯坦布尔。不过这座寺比起素丹艾哈迈德清真寺（蓝色清真寺），苏莱曼尼耶大寺，征服者穆罕默德二世清真寺，无论建筑还是历史，实在就没什么看点了。虽然就在大巴扎和伊斯坦布尔大学外面，但是实在没几个游客。
