Anryu-ji Temple Review

I like this temple very much. It gives people a feeling. It's very beautiful when the sun goes down to the west.

One of Kyoto's most amazing temples, worth a visit for its lovely Zen gardens that are especially amazing in spring and summer time. It's part of Kyoto's UNESCO heritage sites.

The gardens of this temple are by far my favourite in all of Kyoto. Simply breathtaking and mind-blowing when you find out that it's been maintained to how it was 500 years ago. A must visit if you're in the area for the Arashiyama forest.

Tenryuji Temple is a prominent Zen temple in Arashiyama and was anointed as one of many UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kyoto in 1994. It has been standing sturdy for hundred years and now ranks as one of most visited and remarkable sites in Arashiyama. The very first classic Zen Garden design in entire Japan of Tenryuji Temple is beautifully decorated the temple’s main hall, makes that spot as the most populous area when you entered the temple’s complex, especially in autumn, when the magnificent view of Mount Arashiyama reinforces the beauty of Tenryuji Temple’s historic garden.
