After leaving the Gansu Provincial Museum, I went to eat the local Lanzhou ramen. I chose Anbo. The beef in this ramen restaurant tastes good and the strength of the noodles is quite good. The service attitude of the staff needs to be improved, and it is better if the weight is added.

Beef noodles belong to the northwest, the northwest belongs to Lanzhou Linxia Erdi, there is an old name, there is a rising show, Anboer belongs to the rising show, although the starting late, but the taste is quite good.

The place is very easy to find, just across the road at the main entrance of Xiaoxihu Park. There is a large area at the door where you can park. On the two floors, the lobby on the first floor mainly eats beef noodles, and there are also boxes for use. The waiters are more diligent and clean up the table in time. The beef noodles here are really good, the noodles are exquisite, the soup is clear, and I like the style of a large bowl. The side dishes are also more varied, and the radishes are my favorite, sweet and sour. It is one of the best beef noodles in Lanzhou.
