Angkor National Museum Review

A white-looking classical building, using electro-acousto-optic and physical, gives a more comprehensive introduction to Angkor's history, among which a number of video documentaries with Chinese narratives can be selected. The eight exhibition halls in the museum contain a variety of architectural and artistic treasures of Angkor period. Multimedia technology shows the history, culture and life of Angkor period from various perspectives. Such a small country as Siem Reap has such a modern museum, not because it is amazing! The museum is divided into two floors, the first floor has seven areas, the second floor has six areas, a total of eight exhibition halls and a shop, to start from the first exhibition hall on the second floor, eight exhibition halls from A-G into different themes, plus a thousand Buddha Hall. Opening hours: 8:30-18:00 from April 1 to September 30; 8:30-18:30 tickets from October 1 to March 31: $12 per person; half price for children under 12 years old; half price for students with valid student cards. Pre-booking tickets on the official website offers a discount of $1 per person. There is also a $3/set rental commentator in English, Chinese, French, Korean and Japanese. You can't wear a hat when you enter the library. You need to keep your bags and carry valuables with you. You can go in with your camera, but some of the collections are not allowed to take photos.
