Anego Review

Very good Japanese cuisine, the sashimi inside is very good in Pattaya, the octopus sashimi is very good, the tender, the grilled salmon tastes generally, the Japanese fried tofu is delicious.

Literally the best Japanese food in Pattaya. Full of Japanese people which is always a great sign. Just the best in Pattaya, hands down (and I've been to Zen which is great as well, Fuji which is average and On The Table which is also great but not traditional Japanese).

This is a serendipitous discovery. The nearest Japanese restaurant near my hotel ( Mercure ocean resort) The food is very authentic and well prepared. Prices are reasonable. Staff command of English was excellent. Definitely going back for seconds

Excellent food at Anego however I still think 200 Baht for a glass of wine is too high. Anego was at 226/11 (soi 5 BeachRd.) Pattaya. Now in 2nd Rd behind Lisa bar & Burger King in North Pattaya just before Tiffany's. The decor is excellent as is the food, it's a little hard to find but don't give up, it's well worth a visit.
