Ando, Tibetan means "end or lower". Ando County is located at the foot of Tanggula Mountain in northern Tibet, at an altitude of 4,700 meters. The Qinghai-Tibet Highway crosses the border, which is the main traffic road in northern Tibet. It is called the gateway to Tibet from the mainland. It is a complete pure pastoral county. Anduo County is vast, complicated terrain, rich natural resources, is considered the largest natural resources virgin land in the country. The grassland is vast, of which Anduo grassland is one of the four grasslands in northern Tibet.
