This is a mountain tea house with a story. Since the early start of Edo, after more than 400 years, the 14th generation of inheritors still make fragrant sweet wine in this mountain tea house. While praising such heritage and admiring the owners of the cabin, they waved their hands and said that we are really far worse than you in China. You see, such modesty and persistence have made us feel that this trip to the store is very meaningful. This tea house is located in Hakone Hawthorn, from Hakone Yumoto, after 7 Qufu to reach. In ancient times, the tea house was a place for travelers to rest, and this fragrant liquor has been extended for more than 400 years. Until now, the original dishes of liqueur and liqueur have been retained. [Liqueur] Liqueur is actually not alcoholic, and does not add sugar, but relies on the production method of rice qu to make a strong and slightly sweet drink, which is most suitable for travelers to supplement their physical strength when resting. Ganjiu because there is no addition and the production method is relatively simple, similar to butter tea, so if you are not used to the taste of Ganjiu, you may not feel good, but once you are used to it, it will be very addictive. [Li cake] The tea house has three flavors of Li cakes, all of which are baked with long charcoal. There is a soy sauce flavor of seaweed wrapped in "いそべ", and a light sweet soy bean powder "うぐいす" and a limited number of black sesame and soy powder mixed flavor "ごま". Black sesame is ground into fine powder, full of musk, and a light sweet taste is very delicious. The soy sauce cake is also endless aftertaste, with liquor, full of joy. There is also a tatami seat in the store, because in the mountains, the heating of the tea house is all heated by burning wood on the tatami seat and the heater built in the store for heating. Although the store is a bit cold, but such a tea house itself is really a very warm existence, in the tired journey, condensed into the warmest comfort in the traveler's heart.
